Camp Scholarship Request

Please complete the form to request your camp scholarship. Once submitted, our staff will follow up with you to share a "coupon code" that you can use to register for camp. 

*This request form is for PERMIAN BASIN STUDENTS ONLY. All FCA funds and scholarships are raised locally and distributed by area around the state. If you are from another area, reach out to your area FCA staff or ask us and we'll help connect them to you for further assistance.
